I wanted to cook some lamb dishes so I went to book store to do a research. Most cooking books such as Greek or MiddleEast ones have only small sections of recipes dedicated to lamb meat (usually no more than 10). I came back to Amazon and found this old book. Now I have glanced throught it and I am so amazed by the rich amount of knowledge in it. Especially the author did a very detailed job on teaching how to prepare the lamb meat product (which is very different from other meat products). Those not-so-complicated recipes are collected from many different ethnic flavors and can definitely be tried by any family. If you are lamb meat lover this book is a must-have!.Yzeng
Another cookbook from the beautiful Time-Life collection. These cookbooks are amazing. Beautiful step by step color photographs that demonstrate techniques & just the very best recipes.
