HONEY & CO : THE BAKING BOOK
Our day is marked by means of what comes out of the pastry phase, and there's constantly something desirable on the manner: sticky buns complete of cherries and pistachios in the morning; a loaf of wealthy dough rolled with chocolate, hazelnuts and cinnamon that has been proving for the reason that sunrise and is derived out of the oven clean for elevenses. Lunch is a crisp, crumbly shell of pastry filled with spiced lamb or burnt aubergine, and at teatime there are cheesecakes and fruit desserts, small desserts and large cookies - so many cakes that it's difficult to pick out one.
