I've eaten at Dill with my eight year old daughter, the meal was an Odin's hunt through the strange and beautiful landscape of Iceland. It was delicious. My daughter and I disagreed. The book reflects the restaurant, the scenery, the topography and people of Iceland. Enchanting and interesting but equally unexpected and unearthly.-P. Hick
I love this book. I found Gislason writings about local and traditional foods and the people raising them fascinating.-Roxane
Original ideas put into practice and look tasty as well the only complaint I have is the photographes are very small and do justice to this very original cookbook.-Herllenz
