This is a beautiful book, full of great recipes and little tid bits and stories. As many people have said about these books you can find most of the recipes online, but if you love to browse and read about the inspiration behind each dish then you will truly love and appreciate this book with the beautiful photos and creative recipes... very inspiring. I have the food network app and use it all the time, but nothing beats the books :)-TB
I own all of Giadas cookbooks and this one did not disappoint. It is different from the other all Italian and pasta ones because it has recipes of all kinds, not just Italian. The recipes are still very true to Giadas style of cooking just with much more variety. A perfect complement to her collection.-Nesbit
I have all of Giada's cookbooks and this one is probably my favorite so far. I've read the reviews and I don't understand the lack of enthusiasm. So far I have only cooked one of the dishes, the bow tie pasta with parsley pesto and let me tell you it was delicious! I'll be making that on a regular basis. Trying the short rib lasagna next, and I also bought the spiral slicer for vegetables and I can't wait to try that!-Dianne
