The easiest and practical Keto cookbook I’ve purchased and I’ve purchased MANY! This author has is categorized by products you have on hand- like chicken, pork, broccoli, cauliflower etc.. each sections has a variety of different ways you can cook that particular food. She also has 3 different variations on how to cook each recipe that has ALL the nutritional value listed!!!! Like whoa, in heaven when I saw this myself. (See last photo of example) Not to mention the recipes call for common stuff MOST people have in their kitchens not some crazy special ingredients that make a person spend an obscurd amount of month on something etc which really frustrates me personally as a consumer. Being a busy mom of 2 and a fireman’s wife who works outside the home in healthcare I need “practical and fast.-Tifanny
So many reasons to love this book! The recipes are delicious and super simple to follow. I feel like I can make several items without the book at all. She really helps you to understand the process and not to be overly reliant on specific measurements. Lots and lots of options for substitutions so I can make these meals with what I have and don't always have to go shopping for things I need. The recipes don't all have photos, only about one-tenth of them do, but those pics are true to life (so unlike most other cookbooks), see my photo of the amazing Italian Sausage Soup next to hers. Also, I am allergic to eggs and don't like shellfish at all. This usually means I have to leaf through, skip pages and bookmark certain items to get to what I want. The Big 15 seperates eggs and shellfish, along with the other 13, into sections. I just tape off the two sections I don't use and the book is so easy for me! Lastly, some of these recipes are real eye-openers for me. I am finding a new way of creating dishes that keeps to the keto principles while honoring the food and creating truly interesting dishes such as the Marinated Cheese, Creamed Spinach, and Basic Savory Fat Bombs-Rigza Bowel
