Good Fat Cooking is an awesome book!! My mouth waters just browsing the pages, seeing the array of recipes and scrumptious-looking pictures that accompany them. Franklin's recipes are unique and creative. He's a chef after my own heart, throwing in jalapenos when you least expect and hints of special ingredients, such as honey, lime, cayenne, and sriracha. I've had the honor to have sampled a super healthy and delicious meal made by Franklin himself and can vouch that his ideas on food come fully to life with each bite.
