Bought a signed copy directly from the author's little shop and have ordered two to give away as Christmas presents as this book is just wonderful. As a Dane myself I love all the recipes and being able to make Scandi cakes the right way. The small anecdotes explaining each chapter is priceless. The perfect book for everyone who needs a little Scandi love in their lives.-Pernille Thomsen
Love this book. Lots of different yummy bakes. So much to bake, so little time. I looked at other books by the same lady and there is another one. However it looks like there are a lot of recipes repeated from this one which is very annoying. This is my favourite book at the moment. The Daim cookies are amazing and so simple to do!-Yummy Mummy83
Great book with lots of fantastic recipes. The half moon cake, cinnamon buns, Christmas pancakes, Sarah Bernhardt cakes it just goes on and on. Brilliant for anybody enjoying Scandinavian cakes and treats. This beautiful book with lovely pictures and easy to follow recipes also makes a beautiful gift for people who wish to discover the Scandinavian cake kitchen.-Pascal
