Since watching the American Bake Off competition, i been eagerly awaiting this cookbook..followed Brian on Instagram throughout the year... love the recipes especially the cookies...easy to follow...despite the lack of photographs-there were few (just a pet peeve of mine..i like to see pictures of the finish product with each recipe), worth the wait... hope one day he will follow up on another cookbook showing dinners, appetizers....-Francee

The author is personable, reachable and just down to earth and friendly and seems to be nice to all who talks to him.
