This is such a lovely book. The pies are just delicious with lots of ideas that you don't see in UK recipe books as a rule. It was recommended by a friend who used to live in Brooklyn and regularly posts on pies (and other things) so I knew it would be worth the investment. In the future it would be great to see an English measurements and ingredients translation -Amanda
I've been following Four and Twenty Blackbirds on Instagram for a while, and decided to get their recipe book to try out some of their pies myself. The book is absolutely beautiful to look at, and I like the way it is split in to seasons. So far I have made the black bottom oatmeal pie and it was amazing!! Can't wait to work my way through all of the recipes. -Alycat
