I just got the book and haven't made anything from it yet, but what I really like is everything in this book is something I would definitely make. Good, normal cooking. I just purchased a Mealthy Pot and love it. I can't wait to try all these recipes with my new pot. As I turned each page, I said to myself, "Ooh, I have to make that". I am a collector of cookbooks, and I don't say that for every cookbook. -Blueeyes
